CGI of proposed Lidl Store

Following the acquisition of a prominent site located in Kings Heath, Birmingham, we were pleased to announce that supermarket store Lidl had signed a 25-year lease to take occupancy. The former Western Power Distribution Depot will bring in big employment and discounts to the area.


The new unit will feature an attractive, single storey glazed frontage to Warstock Road, with car parking extending to the West, North, and North West of the store. We hope to continue to build a strong working relationship with Lidl for many years to come.


Langley Mill External McDonalds

Purchased on a subject to planning basis, we acquired this site of just under one acre in Nottinghamshire. We applied for the detailed consent working with the Environment agency and local authority to overcome any flood risk issues on the site.


This former car garage was developed into an 85 seater McDonald’s Restaurant.

McDonalds signed a 25-year lease with no break clause, and employs up to 100 people at the site.


The site was delivered by the Winvic Construction Group and retained by a private investor.

Brampton Hut Services Greggs

We are proud to have worked with a selection of fast food and coffee retail outlets developing on Brampton Hut Services in Huntington. The food outlets have signed leases between 10 and 25 years.


The site employs approximately 200 people, and serves the A1 – A14 interchange where the daily car passes are 80,000.
