A 1.2 acre site was purchased on an unconditional basis from Unique Pub Properties Ltd, a subsidiary of Enterprise Inns PLC.

Godwin will be submitting a planning application for development of the site in the summer of 2011. The planning application is at the pre-application enquiry stage and should be submitted by the beginning of Q3 2011.
