Godwin Developments have acquired unconditionally a 3.8 acre  site in Ironville, Ripley, Derbyshire from the LPA receivers GVA Grimley.

The site has full detailed planning permission for 38 units which is a mix of 2,3,4 and 5 bed houses.

Godwin are now revising the application to reflect the current market conditions and mix of housetypes.
