Park Street & Outram Street, Sutton-In-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire

A 0.5 acre site was purchased by Godwin on an unconditional basis from Ashfield District Council.

Godwin successfully gained planning permission for 29 apartments. The mix of accommodation was six 1-bed apartments and twenty three 2-bed apartments with 29 car-parking spaces.

The site was then sold to a property fund in London.
