A 1 acre site was purchased unconditionally by Godwin from British Land PLC.

Godwin has worked with Waterloo Housing Association to gain full detailed planning permission for 24 units which was granted in November 2009 by Broxtowe Council.

The scheme will consist of 100% affordable housing with a mixture of apartments and 2/3 bed housing which will be built and sold to W.H.A who will then manage the whole scheme.

Construction on the site started in January 2010 with completion due in December 2010.
