Chewton Street, Eastwood, Nottingham

A former 2.6 acre school owned by Castle College was acquired by Godwin Developments on an unconditional basis for future residential development.

The site also incorporates an existing medical centre which will serve the new development and the surrounding area.

Godwin are now working up the relevant planning application ready for submission in the second quarter of 2011.
