Brook Hill Leys Road, Eastwood, Nottingham

A 2.2 acre site was purchased unconditionally by Godwin from Greene King PLC.

Godwin Developments have worked with Nottingham Community Housing Association to gain full detailed planning permission for 41 houses. Planning permission was granted in February 2010 by Broxtowe Council.

The scheme will consist of 100% affordable housing with a mixture of 2, 3 and 4 bed homes.

The scheme will be built and sold to N.C.H.A who will then manage the whole scheme.

Construction on this site is due to start in April 2010 with completion in January 2011.
