A 0.5 acre city centre strategic site was purchased subject to planning by Godwin from a private landowner in 2008.
In 2008 Godwin received full planning permission for a 50,000sq ft grade A commercial scheme with basement car-parking.
With Hotel, Retail and Student interest in the site, Godwin is now considering a new planning permision.
