Stephen J. Pratt – Development Director

Stephen graduated from Aston University’s European Business School with a 2:1 degree. Since then Stephen has been working as a development director in various property teams across the UK.
Having co-founded Godwin Developments in 2003, Stephen is now working on several large residential, housing association & student living schemes.
His specialist field is identifying and researching the new growth markets in both the UK and European property sectors.
Stuart P. Pratt – Development Director

Stuart Graduated with a degree in Economics from Newcastle University. Since then he has worked for a development company in the channel Islands working on projects in all sectors of the property industry. Having co-founded Godwin developments in 2003, Stuart has been working on the Retail and care-Home sector in the UK.
His specialist field is development strategy and asset management to maximise the profit and internal rate of return.
Greg Flint – Finance Director

Greg has worked as a Chartered Certified Accountant since 1990. Previously working with Cooper Parry as a Corporate and Commercial Services Director and subsequently with Nottingham and Leicester Audi as Finance Director to July 2007. His focus was business taxation and strategic planning for a number of companies across construction, development, consultancy, recruitment and the motor sector. Greg also carried out corporate acquisitions and corporate recovery work.
Greg joined Godwin Developments in 2007 as Finance Director and is responsible for the Investment Portfolio of the Godwin group of companies and also responsible for financially appraising all projects as well as setting and negotiating all ongoing funding arrangements both for the business and the business’s projects.
Greg also works closely with the company’s other Directors, Stephen Pratt and Stuart Pratt, to establish and deliver the business’s ongoing objectives and strategies.
Michael Davidson – Development Manager

Mike has worked on the development, technical and marketing side of the property industry for over 29 years. Mike has delivered numerous social & private market housing, mixed tenure housing, large inner city luxury residential schemes and various mixed use commercial & residential developments across the UK.
Before joining Godwin Developments in 2012 Mike headed up the ‘distressed real estate team’ for a top three UK insolvency practice. This covered forensic real estate investigation, insolvency and development solutions and completing, marketing & selling the distressed developments.
The insolvency appointments covered all aspects of the development, construction and property industry disciplines.
Mike specialises in complex developments bringing his construction, development and legal expertise together to provide a cohesive solution to every project he undertakes.
Mike will be delivering various Godwin group projects across the UK as well as actively searching and acquiring new projects for the group of companies.
Sarah Rubery – Office Manager

Sarah joined the group in 2011 and works behind the development team in an administration role for Godwin’s group of companies.
Previously Sarah worked for Eversheds LLP.
Sarah is also responsible for the marketing and branding function of the business, including managing online presence, social media, graphic design and production of all digital and non-digital marketing material.
