Converting opportunities
At Godwin we convert by thoroughly understanding and appraising the value drivers of property e.g. security of income, tenancy and lease expiry profile, reversionary rental, potential change of use, refurbishment/redevelopment angles, which are all essential.

Exploiting opportunities
Initiatives designed to increase rental income, reduce costs and improve the occupier base in terms of mix, credit risk and lease length as well as refurbishing, redeveloping and repositioning of properties through active management will create value.
