On May 15th 2012 Broxtowe Borough Council granted consent for 37 new homes at the former Castle College Site on Chewton Street in Eastwood.

McDonald’s Given Green Light At Langley Mill, Derbyshire.

We are delighted to announce that Amber Valley Council has given full planning permission for an 85 seater drive-thru restaurant in Langley Mill.

Godwin will now be driving the site forwards to build out the scheme and deliver this to McDonald’s Restaurants Ltd.

Nottingham Hot Property

Max Kwan from our Nottingham office will be playing the drums on a number of songs throughout the night at one of the highlights of the Midlands Property and Construction Industry’s social calendar, Nottingham Hot Property which is being held at Gatecrasher Nottingham on the 22nd of February.

Hot Property is a live music event where participants from the construction, property and related services industries get up on stage and rock out to a load of songs for the entertainment of their peers.  It’s an amazing, well put together event and a great party, with all the big names in the Midlands construction and property related industries making an appearance to sing, dance and network over the course of the evening.
